Who we are

Built Exact delivers design-led residential projects across Sydney’s coastal and inner-city suburbs. We build homes grounded in thoughtful pre-construction planning with a keen focus on buildability and value for money, and clear communications that architects and homeowners can trust.

Bright contemporary home interior with a minimalist kitchen, lounge area, and courtyard access.

Successful projects are defined by what happens before work begins onsite. Guided by two generations of construction and project management experience, each project begins with a dedicated exploration of our client's vision and lifestyle, and understanding how their new home will complement that. Each project is unique and Built Exact prides itself on seeing each brief as an opportunity to deliver a thoughtfully designed and built home.

Our Team

Built Exact has grown out of two generations of hands-on construction and project management experience across the father and son leadership team, Xavier and Terry Mahady.
‍
Xavier's 15 years of on-site experience across Sydney is the foundation of our company. Founded from a strong carpentry background and highly developed site management skills from many years on complex residential projects, we bring innovative thinking to solve unique pre-construction and on site challenges.
‍
Sydney's distinctive environment shapes how we approach each project, with a focus on buildability and cost effectiveness that sets the tone for smoother builds and quality outcomes.
‍
Drawing on 40 years of construction and project management experience, Terry guides pre-construction, client relationships and commercial operations. His expertise underpins our comprehensive end-to-end approach.
‍
With family-led care in our DNA and a commitment to removing the stress from the building process, we deliver homes that make us proud and exceed our client's expectations.
